Is astrology actually accurate?

There is very little scientific proof that astrology is an accurate predictor of personality traits, future destinies, love lives, or anything else that mass-market astrology claims to know. When it comes to astrology, whether it's a birth chart reading (Natal) or a sun sign, both are accurate. However, reading the birth chart is more accurate, since it has the depth necessary to make accurate predictions. Some of the reported levels of belief are due to a confusion of astrology with astronomy (the scientific study of celestial objects).

Carlson carried out what is considered to be the most comprehensive test of astrologers' abilities to extract information about their clients from the apparent positions of celestial objects seen from the places and times of their clients' birth. The main component used in astrology is a birth chart, which is created with information about when and where you were born. Scientific evidence has found no evidence to support the premises or alleged effects described in astrological traditions. It can be quite difficult to find new studies on astrology and that is because astrology has been refuted from start to finish, and there is very little incentive to carry out additional studies.

The fundamentals of astrology tend to be at odds with numerous basic facts of scientific disciplines. Astrology was not developed by a single person, but by many generations of people over a long period of time. The scientific community has rejected astrology because it lacks explanatory power to describe the universe. Proving the validity of astrology isn't exactly simple because astrologers themselves can't agree on what it's supposed to do.

The accuracy and power of interpretation of an astrologer can only be increased by spiritual practice. Many people believe in astrology, and when they read their horoscope and follow its advice, they feel better. While verification and falsification focused on theory, Kuhn's work focused on the historical context, but the astrological community should also be considered. Unlike scientific disciplines, astrology does not respond to falsification through experiment.

They said there is no scientific basis for the principles of astrology and warned the public against accepting astrological advice without question. There are many systems of astrology, each with its own methods diametrically opposed to each other.
